On PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Steam, Dark Arisen launched on October 9 as separate paid DLC for owners of the base game; Switch 2 is the only version that sells the two together (RPG Site). The name nods to Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen (2013), the expanded edition of the original game.
