Nintendo of America published the official launch trailer for House Flipper 2 (2026) on Nintendo Switch 2, marking the renovation simulator's arrival on the platform four days after its October 15 release. The clip matters because it confirms the Switch 2 edition ships with content upgrades not available at launch on other platforms.
Official trailerDeveloped and published by Frozen District, House Flipper 2 (2026) landed on Nintendo Switch 2 on October 15, 2026, priced at $39.99 on the eShop. The trailer showcases the game's two core loops — story-driven renovation jobs in the coastal town of Pinnacove and freeform sandbox building — alongside its online 2–4 player co-op mode. Switch 2 players receive the Sakura DLC bundled at no extra cost, adding Japanese-inspired furnishings and the Akamatsu Valley environment. A separate Scooby-Doo DLC is available for $14.99. The port launches content-parity with PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, including mod.io community support.
