Rockstar Games and Xbox dropped the official launch trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI (2026) on October 23, less than four weeks before the game's street date — the clearest signal yet of a locked, no-further-delays release.
Official trailerThe footage, captured entirely in-game on PlayStation 5, centers on dual protagonists Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos navigating a criminal conspiracy across the fictional state of Leonida — Rockstar's Florida analogue anchored in Vice City. The trailer is set to "Flower in a Hurricane," a new standalone single by electronic duo Justice — the game's credited composers — featuring Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. Grand Theft Auto VI launches November 19, 2026, on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S; no PC date has been announced.
